Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging are included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Item has not been exposed to smoke, pets, or strong odors

Please note: Custom or personalized wreaths cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@circleandbloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or a similar protective box.
  4. Include RA Number: Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Tip: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to protect against loss or damage during return transit.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection: We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Approval: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange
  • Specify the new item you'd like to receive
  • We'll confirm availability and any price differences
  • Same 30-day timeframe applies to exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wreath arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • Provide your order number and description of the issue
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping required for damaged items
